Venue - Mercure Alice Springs Resort
We have a position available within our Mercure Alice Springs Resort for qualified kitchen staff to join our team of cooks/chefs. You will be working in all sections of the kitchen, variety is everyday!
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
Your duties will include preparing, cleaning and running sections during service times and work throughout a 7 day rotating roster covering 76 hours per fortnight as a full time position.
These are full time roles with an OTE equivalent salary range between $70,000 to $75,000 gross per annum, excluding superannuation.
Minimum Certificate IV + two years of experience OR three years full-time experience.
